Work is progressing well on the 73 bedroom care home in Rubery for Urban Village Group. The development continues to be on time, programmed for completion in May 2023 with current targeted completion in April 2023.

Over the last 10 months BACE Construction Consultants have carried out a lead Project & Cost Management Role for Cazoo, across 11 vehicle preparation, logistics and storage centre sites across the UK.
The demolition works have progressed on the new 258nr apartment development in Derby for Elevate Property Group.
