Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join our team in Birmingham.
The successful professional will be part of an exciting, growing young team who are involved in a wide range of interesting, challenging projects and will be working on a range of construction sector projects including Residential, Local Authority, Education and care home developments both new Build and Refurbishment up to £30m BACE are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all. Requirements:
- A construction related degree
- Experience within a PQS environment
- Experience of independently running projects from inception to completion
- Team Management Skills
- Employers Agent Experience
- Extensive Cost Plan Experience
- RICS Chartered or Working Towards RICS Chartership
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Start Date: ASAP
