BACE are delighted to be working with our new client, Geniecare Homes, providing Employers Agent & Quantity Surveying services for their latest project - a new build 64-bed care home in Yate, Bristol.

It's great to see excavation has commenced on site with main groundworks scheduled to start later this month.

This project marks another great step in supporting the delivery of high-quality, purpose-built care environments, and we’re proud to be part of Geniecare’s continued expansion in the sector.

We look forward to seeing the scheme take shape over the coming months.

Project & Cost Management Role for Cazoo

Over the last 10 months BACE Construction Consultants have carried out a lead Project & Cost Management Role for Cazoo, across 11 vehicle preparation, logistics and storage centre sites across the UK.

Works have included the site wide development of new production facilities and buildings across recently acquired sites, to support the increased production requirements and meet the pace of growth at Cazoo.

As Project & Cost Managers, BACE have been responsible for site wide Programme, Project Management and Cost Management delivery, bringing together new consultants and sub-contractors to the supply chain, to deliver the first phase of End to End production works across Cazoo’s portfolio of UK prep centres.

BACE Works have been successfully delivered to tight timescales & within budgets.

Work is progressing well on the 73 bedroom care home in Rubery for Urban Village Group. The development continues to be on time, programmed for completion in May 2023 with current targeted completion in April 2023.

The demolition works have progressed on the new 258nr apartment development in Derby for Elevate Property Group .

The development offers a mixture of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments currently planned to be built in two phases.

BACE have been appointed as PM, EA and Cost Managers.
